Pumpkin Curry

Baked a pumpkin probably too long, but that was not the issue at all. Cut it up, along with chicken, green bell pepper, and onion. I cooked up some garlic, peppers, and ginger in some vegetable oil, then added all of the above ingredients and cooked for a while. I threw in some peanut butter, a can of coconut milk, and seasonings, which consisted of curry powder, red and black pepper, salt, and cinnamon. I cooked this mix for a while, then added some green onion and cilantro.

Modifications planned: less coconut water, some regular water, add in some chili powder, use more curry powder. Think about cooking things in a different manner (?). Don't use those super spicy peppers.
